Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane has assured all Los Blancos fans that the club’s prolific forward Cristiano Ronaldo is now 100% fit as the team continue it pursuit of the La Liga and UEFA Champions League trophies.
Real Madrid reach the Champions League final after seeing off Manchester City at the Santiago Bernabéu with Ronaldo playing his first game since Real’s 3-0 win over Villarreal on April, 20th.
“He’s fine now, he’s played 90 minutes and he’s fine. I see him as being 100% fit and he’ll continue to play. I’m happy with his performance, as I am with that of all of the players.” Zidane told Real Madrid’s official website.
On Casemiro and Benzema who were absent in Wednesday’s slim victory over Manchester City, the Frenchamn added:
“If they’re fine tomorrow or the day after, they’ll train with the group. We’re not going to hold off until the final, we’ve got important games coming up now.
“At the same time, we won’t be taking any risks. We’ve got enough players to keep on going.”
