Gor Mahia defender Harun Shakava, Ulinzi Stars winger John Nairuka, Nakuru AllStars’ John Ndirangu and Chemelil Sugar midfielder Stephen Wakhanya have all been called up after missing in the initial squad.
Chemelil striker Meshack Karani was also called up as back up but has since been dropped from the squad due to lack of a passport.
Kenya will host Mauritius in Nairobi for the second leg four days after the first leg, with the winner on aggregate advancing to the second preliminary round of qualifiers, to face Cape Verde in the quest for a place in the group stages.
