Ugandan midfielder Allan Kateregga will be donning the blue and white of AFC Leopards in the 2016 season and as he leaves Ushuru FC, where he had a good 2015 season, he has few regrets to bear.
The Ugandan says the move to AFC Leopards is a positive one on his career path and as he makes the step, he has thanked his team mates and coaches at Ushuru FC, saying they all made him a better player.
He is gunning for top honors at AFC Leopards but still, is wishing Ushuru FC the best in the comings season.
“I am off to my next career step, now as an AFC Leopards player and as I head there I want to say a big thank you to my former employers, Ushuru FC. I want to thank the coach Ken Kenyatta and his entire technical bench and my team mates at the club.
“It was more like a family at Ushuru FC, together they pushed me to be a better player than I was and I leave a more mature player. I wish them the best in the coming season and all their future endeavors,” he said.
The midfielder was a key member of the team as Ushuru FC managed to finish in the top half for the first time in their league history.
