Real Madrid Coach Zinedine Zidane has delivered some piece of good news for football fans as he announced on Tuesday that Cristiano Ronaldo has been passed fit for Wednesday’s must win UEFA Champions League clash against Manchester City.
Ronaldo who is blazing the trail with 16 goals to his name already in this season’s Champions League could not feature in the reverse fixture at the Etihad but the Citizens will have to brace to face one of the world’s deadliest strikers in Wednesday’s clash at Santiago Bernabeau.
To highlight that he is raring to go, the Portuguese has played a full part in training ahead of Wednesday’s second clash at the Bernabeu and Zidane confirms that his lethal striker is ready to return.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Zidane said: “Cristiano is okay. He is 100 per cent. He trained this morning and he will be there tomorrow.
