Nigeria midfielder, Ogenyi Onazi may be teaming up with Ghanaian super star Andre at Welsh club Swansea City.
According to transfer reports emanating from Italy, the new coach at Swansea City, Francesco Guidolin is a big fan of Onazi and the Super Eagles vice captain can emerge as his first signing reports in the January transfer window.
Guidolin has first hand knowledge about Onazi during his time in charge of Udinese and he is said to be planning a swoop on the holding midfielder from Lazio.
As stated in Wales Online news portal, reports from Italy claim Swansea are preparing a 5m Euro bid, but may have add to increase their offer to as much as 7m if they are to convince the Rome-based club to sell.
Onazi, 23 made his debut for his capital-based club in 2012 and has since gone on to make 73 league appearances for Lazio, also part of the side that lifted the 2012-13 Coppa Italia.
With 36 caps to his name with the Nigeria national team, Onazi is also reported to be attracting intrest from the Bundesliga where clubs like Werder Bremen are interested in his signature.
