Jordan Ayew and Andre Ayew should both be looking for moves to better clubs, away from Villa and Swansea respectively.
You’d expect that Jordan Ayew would be in a hurry since Villa got relegated, but he’s been given the number 10 jersey at the club and so far it looks like he could still stay.
He used to wear no.19 but the famed number 10 gives him higher responsibility with a club that will now rely on him to get promoted back into the English Premier League.
Andre Ayew is not attending the start of Swansea’s pre-season training, and the club reported that this is because the Ghanaian is taking a rest after their Afcon qualifying exploits.
Suspicious reporters believe Ayew is pushing harder than usual for a move away.
He already stated his desire to play for a Champions League club but that would be tough in England, when you consider that even Liverpool, a club without UCL, didn’t want him earlier this year.
Ayew will soon talk to Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins about his future.
