The Reds have been in stunning form in attack and will need their skipper, John Terry to stem the tide at Stamford Bridge.
However the Chelsea captain will need to pass a scan test on Tuesday, to ascertain the extent of his ankle injury, suffered at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday.
Terry left the field on crutches as Chelsea drew 2-2 against Swansea.
Blues manager Antonio Conte revealed: “I don’t know the extent of the injury but tomorrow we will see the situation about his ankle. But he is a warrior. I am not worried.”
If Terry sits out then Brazilian defender David Luiz could make his return to action, after a surprise move back to the club from PSG.
