Out-of-favour Newcastle United forward Yoan Gouffran maybe teaming up with former Super Eagles captain Vincent Enyeama at Lille latest transfer reports suggests.
Lille have been struggling in the Ligue 1 this season and they are keen to shore up their team to give a better fight from January.
As reported by The Chronicle, Gouffran, who has not scored for Newcastle since late January, is expected to be available for around £500,000.
The former Bordeaux player was linked with loan moves to Wolverhampton Wanderers and Charlton Athletic over the summer but chose to remain with the Magpies and fight for first-team football which has still not been accorded him.
While at Bordeaux, Gouffran in 139 appearances scored 31 goals for his former Ligue 1 outfit. It however yet to be seen if the 29-year old striker will be the solution to the goal scoring problems of Lille who all season have scored just eight goals and are just above the drop zone presently.
