Ghanaian striker Wriedt Kwasi Okyere scored his 20th league goal of the season in Germany this weekend. Elsewhere in Spain, another Ghanaian excelled, the brother of KP Boateng.

The junior international of Ghana Richard Boateng is the younger brother of also Derek Boateng. It might not be the first team in La Liga but he’s at least progressing for Granada’s B team by scoring two goals in the 2-0 win over La Hoya Lorca.

Kwasi plays for SK Hansa in Germany, scoring a penalty in their 1-1 draw against ETSV Weiche, which is not in the Bundesliga division either but in the lower divisions. With 20 goals this season he’s got the attention of better teams in Germany.

He’s also turned out for former Bundesliga┬áteam St Pauli in the past and needs a break to move up in his career in Europe. At the age of 21 he has time to prove himself.

Richard Boateng is also just 23-years-old and has time on his side too. He’s previously played for Ghana club Liberty Professionals four years ago.
