Vincent Enyeama missed Nigeria’s AFCON 2017 qualifiers against Tanzania


Super Eagles skipper Vincent Enyeama is still being expected at the team’s The Verviers Hotel,Verviers camp in Belgium ahead of the two international friendlies against Congo and Cameroun billed for the stadia at Vise and Dendermonde respectively as at the time of filing this report.

Enyeama who buried his mother at the weekend in Nigeria is expected to join his teammates to join the Nigerian Football Federation delegation from Abuja for the game.

While Rizespor  defender Godfrey Oboabona is also having visa issues in Turkey, as his international passport is yet to be released by the Belgian Embassy in that country.

Also still being expected as at the time of filing this report are the trio of Vincent Enyeama, Godfrey Oboabona, and Shehu Abdulahi.

But 366football.com can report that 15 Super Eagles players have reported to camp.

England based duo Odion Ighalo and John Mikel Obi were the early arrivals at the team’s camp and were joined by the duo of Elderson Echiejile and William Troost Ekong before noon.

Also in camp are: Ambrose Efe, Ogenyi Onazi, Slyvester Igboun, Emmanuel Emenike, Carl Ikeme, Leon Balogun, Alex Iwobi and Obiora Nwankwo.

Others in camp include, Moses Simon, Rabiu Ibrahim, Ahmed Musa.
