The team is expected to leave for South Africa on January 3 where they will intensify their preparations ahead of the biennial competition.
They are scheduled to play a friendly game against Cote d’lvoire in Pretoria on January 10.
The Eagles will open their campaign in Rwanda on January 18 against Niger.
