Chelsea have been boosted by the return of Brazilian midfielder Ramirez  and club captain John Terry following  Tuesday’s confirmation by Blues head coach Jose Mourinho that both men are available for Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League make or mar tie with Portuguese giants FC Porto.

Mourinho in an interview with the Blues’ official website on Tuesday shortly after the team’s training gave an update on three players who were back working with the rest of the squad having missed games through injury.

“Falcao just had a little period training with us. He is still a couple of weeks away from being in condition to play. John Terry and Ramires look fine.”
Mourinho said.

A win for Mourinho and his men would see them top Group G and avoid a potential clash with the European big guns Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich in the draw for the last 16 which takes place next Monday in Nyon.

Chelsea have beaten Porto on all three previous occasions they have met at Stamford Bridge and the Portugese side have never kept a clean sheet in seven previous meetings against the Blues.
