Match preview: Warri Wolves vs Ifeanyi Ubah

FC Ifeanyi Ubah will be looking to continue their pursuit for a maiden league tittle when they visit Warri Wolves on Sunday at the Warri Township Stadium.

The Anambra Warriors who are 5 points behind league leaders Rangers International will be also be looking to get their maiden win over their hosts.

Head coach of FC Ifeanyi Ubah, Rafael Matheus is optimistic his team will get the business done on Sunday.

“I believe there is always a first time, Warri Wolves are a good side although this season they have not been at their best, however I believe we can get all three points here in Warri.”

Coach Rafael also provided some team news.

“We don’t have injury worries, all our players are in good shape, we have trained well. I think this game will be very tactical and it will come down to who wants it most. Like I said before they are a very good side and the fact that they are in the relegation zone will make it tougher as they will be in high spirit but I am confident my boys has what it takes to get the win.”

The match will be played behind closed doors as Warri Wolves are still serving an LMC “no fan” ban.
