A host of Premier League clubs including Chelsea and Leicester City are understood to be showing interest in snapping up Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu.
The striker has been attracting interests since his impressive show in his Danish side’s recent Europa League clashes against Manchester United.
Aside the aforementioned duo, relegation battlers Aston Villa are so said to be keen on Onuachu and are ready to battle for his signature ahead of their rivals who are also having a eye for the striker.
According to Danish newspaper TipBladet, the Villans have taken an interest in the 20-year-old long-legged striker.
On his part, Midtjylland sporting director Claus Steinlein has admitted that indeed Onuachu is being tracked by a number of PL clubs.
He said: “It’s hard to say how much his price has risen. The journalists love to get us to say that now he’s worth from €10m [£7.7m} to €50m [£38.7m]. He’s on the radar now with many English clubs.”
