Contrary to recent reports about Premier League clubs ahead of the cue for Dinamo Zagreb winger Marko Pjaca, AC Milan is in pole position.
Zagreb director of football Marko Vukelic stated that English clubs were ahead, with Liverpool linked to the player. However, there hasn’t even be any clear indication that Pjaca is part of the Reds targets for this summer.
If EPL clubs are in for him, then it has to be another and AC Milan could still be a more realistic avenue for the player.
AC Milan are even willing to delay the transfer and allow him to play in Dinamo’s Uefa Champions League qualifiers, according to Goal.com who’s insider at Milan confirm that the San Siro is his place of preference.
Pjaca is reportedly going for €15 million, with the Croatian club wanting €18m.
He’s also been linked to Juventus and Bologna in the past, and was recently crowned champion of Croatia with Dynamo.
