Despite Platinum Stars coach Cavin Johnson being no stranger to giving chances to young players, he will take time to blood Kodisang.
“Kodisang broke into the team last year and we were happy with him. He made the national under-17 and under-20 teams and we just gave him credit for that,” Johnson told Goal.com
The teenager is still at school and the coach doesn’t want to put too much pressure on him.
“At the same time though, I’ve got to play cat and mouse with him because he has got to finish school this year as well.
“So, all those things come into effect and we have to see how we juggle school and football going forward with all our youngsters,” Johnson said.
Kodisang is 16-years-old and made 14 appearances in all competitions already.
“Yes, there will be some games he will start and some games he will only come on as substitute. Some games, he won’t even be in the team because of school,” Johnson concluded.
