Josh Onomah has been rewarded for his outstanding performances for Tottenham as the North London team with a second contract in seven months.
The 18-year-old signed a new deal only last summer, but to ward off potential suitors Spurs have improved and lengthened it to 2020.
‘It’s a dream come true really,’ Onomah, who has played 13 times this season, told the Spurs website.
‘Since I was young, my dream was to play for Tottenham. [This contract] shows that if you work hard, you’ll get your rewards.
‘I’ve just got to keep my head down now and carry on working.’
Tottenham who boast of the youngster squad in the premier league are currently placed third on the log after a comprehensive 3-0 away win against Norwich City yesterday.
