Following the sacking of the Amaju Pinnick-led NFF board on Friday after an earlier court judgment was re-listed, fcnaija revisits the court judgment from September 2014, which has returned the Chris Giwa faction back to the Glass House.
Issued on the 24th of September 2014 at the Federal High Court sitting in Jos, Plateau State, the judgment with suit number FHC/J/CS/77/2014 filed by Yahaya Adama and Obinna Ogba, had ordered for the recognition of the August 26, 2014 NFF elections which ushered in Chris Giwa as the new NFF president.
Re-listing the judgment on Friday, Justice Haruna Musa also of the Jos Federal High Court, restrained the Amaju Pinnick – led board from parading themselves as the leadership of the NFF, while reinstating the Giwa board back to the Glass House.
Copies of the judgment are reproduced below. Whether Pinnick will appeal the judgment or not remains a question left to him to give an answer to.
