Tusker FC skipper James Situma has called on his mates to rise fast from the setback that was losing to Posta Rangers in the Sunday 24 April Kenyan Premier League (KPL) clash.
Tusker, ten times the KPL champions had to take a 0 – 1 beating by the newly promoted side and in his post match reactions at the Nyayo National Stadium, Situma noted that it is imperative for his team mates that they shift focus to the next match.
He blamed the loss on a slow start but with the next game being against Mathare United, he called for a quick shift.
“It was a tough game; they did well and won the game. On our part we had our shortcomings and can only focus ahead on the game against Mathare United who are on top. We did not have the best start to the game and they punished us early but that is part of football we have to move on.
“They employed a pressing game while we took long to settle and they got a reward for it; they are a good side and deserved the win partly because we did not use our chances,” he said.
