Ideye really on fire

Nigerian striker Brown Ideye has continued his fine goal scoring form in Greece as he was yet again on target on Sunday.

Ideye scored the first goal of the game as Olympiakos romped to a 3-1 victory against visiting Levadiakos.

The Nigerian striker was on song as early as the 16th minutes to hit home the first goal for Marco Silva’s side, before Felipe Pardo made it two on 42 minutes and Alejandro Dominiguez made three in the 56th minute.

Another eventful outing on Sunday was most welcomed for Ideye who has enjoyed a tremendous turn-around since he joined Olympakos from West Bromwich Albion of England on August 31, 2015.

It is yet to be seen if national team handlers will look the direction of Ideye as the Super Eagles enter a crucial bend in their quest for qualification in the AFCON and also get on track their quest for a place at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
