Ahead of Wednesday’s transfer deadline Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has reportedly made it clear to England midfielder Jack Wilshere that he can leave the club on loan.
The 24-year-old have been plagued by injuries in recent seasons which has further limited his first team chances with the Gunners but somehow he managed to get into the Three Lions squad for the Euro 2016 tournament while a fitter Daniel Drinkwater was dropped.
The left footed midfielder has made only two substitute appearances for Arsenal this season after missing the premier league opener against Liverpool through a niggling problem.
According to Sky Sports News, Wenger held talks with the player and both agreed that the best option will be to go out on a short-term loan deal which could help his search for first team football.
The former kid star is already behind the likes of new arrival Granit Xhaka, Santi Cazorla, Aaron Ramsey, Mesut Ozil, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in the midfield pecking order at the Emirates.
Wilshere was dropped from the England squad this week by new manager Sam Allardyce for the away qualifier against Slovakia in Trnava.
