Kenyan champions Gor Mahia’s continental adventure is over after just two matches against Madagascan champions CNaPS.
The Kenyan giants fell 0 – 1 in the return leg staged at the Stade Rabemananjara, Mahajanga-Madagascar on Saturday 27 February.
Njiva Rakotoharimalala’s 28th minute strike was all Madagascan Champions CNAPS needed to complete the rout after beating Gor Mahia 2 -0 1 in Nairobi a fortnight ago.
Gor Mahia coach Frank Nuttal fielded a much changed side in the match, leaving a number of regulars out but his charges could not register his desired result as, for yet another season, they left the competition early.
CNAPS were eliminated by Kogalo in the same stage last season and the win must have been a sweet revenge for the team.
