Ivorian star Wilfred Bony may be on his way back to Swansea City after failing to break into the Manchester City first team.
Bony joined Manchester City for £28m 18 months ago but failed to live up to the hype that made him so successful during his spell at Swansea where he scored 35 goals in 70 appearances.
According to The Mirror, Bony is currently weighing his options as he fell down the pecking order behind Kelechi Iheanacho and Sergio Aguero. The report also revealed that Swansea is ready to offer the 27-year-old a chance at regular playing time again.
The deal may be possible as Manchester City are yet to pay the remaining £16m for Bony’s signature.
Bony scored just ten goals for Manchester City in 18 months and may not be in the plans of new manager Pep Guardiola who is already a huge fan of Aguero and Iheanacho.
