The Super Eagles may prosecute their international friendly matches against Mali and Luxembourg without interim assistant coaches, Imama Amakpakabo and Kennedy Boboye, fcnaija has learnt.
Both coaches are yet to get their entry visas to France, with the team scheduled to leave the country on Tuesday night.
Fcnaija.com understands that their passports are still with the French embassy and even though there is a chance they might get them back in time for the trip, the team will however leave Nigeria with or without them.
The game against Mali comes up on the 27th in France, while they play Luxembourg on the 31st in Luxembourg.
Already, the team is depleted, with the duo of Ahmed Musa and John Obi Mikel excused as they will be participating in the Joseph Yobo testimonial on the same day the Super Eagles play Mali, while Aaron Samuel has been ruled out through injury and William Troost-Ekong is out due to club engagements.
The other invited players are however expected to feature, with Lazio midfielder Ogenyi Onazi now likely to captain the team in both games.
The games are set to prepare the team for the 2018 World Cup qualifiers, which begins later in the year.
