Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo may be out with injury but he is still winning admirers the same way he does when on the pitch; one such fan is his former team mate at Real Madrid Ricardo Kaka.
The Brazilian forward is amazed just how Ronaldo keeps improving and he does not feel the Portugal skipper will slow down any time soon.
The 31 – year old inspired Portugal to the first title in the 2016 Euro finals in France, adding to his glittering career where he has won 18 club titles and even as he ages, Kaka feels he will keep getting better.
“It’s incredible, he shows every year that he can beat himself. Every year he has motivation to keep going, to keep scoring and be the best player in the world.
“Sometimes when you have won a lot of things in your career, it is normal to slow down a little bit so maybe the motivation in your mind and mentality is not easy.
“But he is so incredible like [Lionel] Messi because these guys have won everything they could and they still want to win, they still want to be the best. It’s incredible,” he told Omnisport.
Ronaldo is currently out with a knee injury, one he suffered in the Euro final against France.
