French giants Paris Saint German have shortlisted Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho, and Bayern Munich’s Pep Guardiola to replace current gaffer Laurent Blanc, according to Goal.com.
Blanc’s spell at Parc des Princes is likely to come to an end if he fails to lead the team to the semi-finals of the Champions League regardless of what happens in the domestic league which they are run away leaders.
The report claims that the hierarchy at PSG will make a decision on Blanc’s future depending on the availability of the managers on the club’s shortlist. However, under-fire Jose Mourinho is the club’s favourite after holding talks with them two years ago.
The former Real Madrid and Inter Milan boss is having a torrid start to the season with the Blues following four defeats in eight Premier League games already this campaign after helping the team to the title last season.
Wenger has managed AS Monaco in the past and having been Arsenal manager for19 years a lure back home may work in favour of PSG but the Frenchman has turned down PSG three times in his career.
Guardiola contract at Bayern Munich expires at the end of the season but PSG face major competition for his services as premier league giants Manchester City are also interested in luring him to London.
