The peace meeting between the Amaju Pinnick led NFF board and the Chris Giwa-led faction called by Sports Minister Solomon Dalung ended in an exchange of words, fcnaija.com understands.
The warring groups are battling for the leadership of Nigerian football, even though the Amaju Pinnick group has occupied the position since their election on September 30, 2014.
Giwa and his group, meanwhile, were supposedly elected into the same NFF board on August 26 also of 2014.
As a result of the conflict, Sports Minister Dalung had called a peace meeting between both groups to broker peace, but it ended in disagreement as both Giwa and Pinnick exchanged words.
