The Kenya women national team head coach David Ouma has named his team that will take on Algeria in the Tuesday 12 April return leg of the 2016 African Women Cup of Nations (AWCON) qualifier at the Moi International Sports Center (MISC) Kasarani.
The coach has made two changes to the team from the one that featured against the North Africans in the first leg on Friday 8 April, playing to a 2 – 2 draw.
Skipper Ann Aluoch will return to the team after she was named on the bench in the first leg. She takes up Elizabeth Ambogo’s place in the team after the defender suffered a hip injury in the first leg.
The other change will see Esse Akida start ahead of Martha Karimi who is named among the reserves while Samantha Akinyi who got her debut in the first leg will continue in goal.
Mwanahalima Adam who scored the first goal in Algiers, will partner with Esse Akida upfront.
