Liverpool striker Divock Origi could make a dramatic return for the Europa League final, according to the Mirror.
The Belgian striker was included in Liverpool’s 22-man travelling party that flew to Basel on Monday night for the final of the Europa League against Sevilla.
And after coming through two tough training sessions unscathed, it seems certain the forward, who played such a massive part in getting the Reds to the final, will be in the 18-man match day squad.
Origi injured ankle ligaments in the Mersey derby on April 20 and medics doubted he would be fit for the Europa final.
But he seems to have fought his way back and should make the bench.
Jordan Henderson also travelled, and he too will be on the bench against Sevilla.
However, boss Jurgen Klopp is likely to keep faith with the team that beat Villarreal in the semi, meaning James Milner will skipper the side, and Daniel Sturridge will lead the line.
