Recuperating Super Eagles Head Coach Sunday Oliseh is in a happy mood following the qualification of the home-based team for next year’s African Nations Championships, CHAN.
The Nigeria team sealed their place in Rwanda after battling to a goalless draw against the Etalons of Burkina Faso in Ouagadougou on Sunday and Oliseh was full of praises to God for the feat by the local based stars.
He was on twitter to show his excitement and wrote:
Praise God! Super Eagles qualify for CHAN 2016 on 2-0 aggregate Vs Burkina Faso.

Aside Oliseh, Nigeria’s leader of delegation to Ouagadougou, Shehu Dikko was also full of praises to the Nigeria squad.
“It was a tough game, but I’m happy our boys withstood everything thrown at them to qualify. The NFF is proud of the team’s display and the discipline exhibited.” He was quoted as saying on thenff.com
Also, the Nigeria Ambassador to Burkina Faso, His Excellency David Bala, who hosted the Eagles to a dinner on Saturday and to lunch on Sunday, said: “I am delighted. The boys made the country proud. This is a battle they have won so bravely.”
