Flying Eagles Captain Kelechi Nwakali played down talks of an imminent exit from Arsenal on loan this summer.
The 18-year-old was rumoured to be on his way to either Norway where his elder brother plays for IK Start on loan from premier league giants Manchester City.
Reports have it that Arsene Wenger wants the player to gain first team experience away from the North Londoners but the Nigerian youngster has moved to distance himself from such speculations as he uses his twitter account to address the issue.
‘Please guys don’t listen to rumours. ‘I will keep you guys informed wherever I go don’t listen to these people,’ Nwakali posted on a twitter handle believed to be his but like other Super Eagles stars, the account was not verified.
Nwakali joined Arsenal this earlier this month on a five-year deal but he is not expected to go straight into the Gunners first team as he is scheduled to play with the developmental squad.
