Nigerian youngster Kelechi Iheanacho was on the scorers’ sheet on Saturday as FA Cup Third Round clashes took place across England.
Iheanacho scored the second goal at Carrow Road as City crushed Norwich on their home turf to progress to the next phase of one of the oldest football competition in the world.
It was Argentinian striker Sergio Aguero who scored his team’s first goal during the FA Cup third-round football match at Carrow Road.
The opening goal came in the 16th minute before Iheanacho stepped up to increase the tally just after the half-hour mark.
Iheanacho was not given any chance in the semi final League Cup clash earlier in the week away to Everton and so the 19-year old made sure he grabbed the chance handed him on Saturday by Coach Manuel Pellegrini with both hands.
While City held a two-goal advantage going into the break, they killed game in the second half when Kevin de Bruyne sealed victory with a third goal in the 78th minute
