Ugandan coach Paul Nkata will be leading his Muhoroni Youth side later today when they take on Nzoia United in the GOtv Shield quarter final clash at the Moi Stadium, in Kisumu and the coach has outlined that he wants to win the trophy.
He was recently appointed the Tusker FC head coach and he will be taking over at the Brewers on Tuesday 1 December but before leaving Muho, he says he wants to leave a mark.
He knows at ten – time champions Tusker the challenge is bigger but after a fine second half of the season in which he saw Muho lose only once in the league, he believes he has the pedigree to handle a title contending team.
“It is confirmed that I will be joining Tusker later in the year on a two year deal and it is a challenge I am looking forward to.
“But before I leave, my hunger will be to leave a mark at Muhoroni. Already we have managed a good ending to the season, finishing in sixth place, of course that is a good achievement. But what will make me happier is seeing the team reach the final of the GOtv Shield,” he said.
