Watford forward, Odion Ighalo has earned praise from the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) after he was listed in the EPL Team of the week.
The 26-year-old Nigerian was in blistering form for the Hornets as he netted twice against Liverpool to lead his side to a comprehensive 3-0 win to the dismay of Jurgen Klopp who watched the Nigerian destroy his side effortlessly.
The nomination came from Sportsmail, who used the EA Sports’ Player performance index to select the players.
The NFF tweeted via their official handle: ‘Kudos to @ighalojude who’s been named in Sportsmail best XI for the week using EA Sports’ Player Performance Index.’
