Spanish International Juan Mata has insisted that Manchester United will return to form following a run of three straight defeats last week.
The Red Devils under new manager Jose Mourinho started the season on fire, winning all four games in all competitions but surprisingly slumped to three consecutive defeats in a week.
It started with the Manchester derby where they lost 2-1 at home, followed by the 1-0 Europa League loss to Dutch side Feyenoord and a humbling defeat to Watford, 3-1 at Vicarage Road on Sunday.
“As I always say, one of the best things of football is that the game is testing you all the time,” the 28-year-old wrote in his blog.
“A win doesn’t last too long, and it happens the same way with a defeat: you have the chance to make it up soon afterwards.
“There’s no time for mourning. We must react.”
The lost against Watford was Manchester United’s first against the Hornets after ten matches.
