Cristiano Ronaldo will lead Real Madrid’s charge as they try to win their 11th UEFA Champions League against Atletico Madrid in Milan this evening.
The Los Blancos talisman limped off during training in mid-week, which raised fears if he will be fit enough to start the final against the Los Rojiblancos but all that have been laid to rest as he is picked by manager Zinedine Zidane to start in attack alongside Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema.
The former Manchester United star is likely to play a free role but will start from the left flank as always. However, his marauding role will see him position at the center of the box to try and met crosses from Marcelo and Bale from either wings.
At the back, Sergio Ramos and Pepe have been handed the task of providing cover for Keilor Navas in goal and they will have to avoid errors with the very dangerous Antoine Griezmann on the prowl.
Real Madrid starting line-up: Keilor Navas, Marcelo, Pepe, Sergio Ramos, Daniel Carvajal, Luka Modric, Casemiro, Toni Kroos; Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema, Cristiano Ronaldo.
