Five players have been handed suspensions from the week 29 of the Kenyan Premier League (KPL) which is set to get underway on Saturday 24 October and run until Sunday 25 October.
Most hit club will be Thika United as the team has two players barred. Michael Luvutsi and Collins Okumu are each on five yellow cards and as such ineligible for the game against Chemelil Sugar on Sunday.
Ulinzi Stars will miss the services of John Nairuka; the midfielder is on five cautions as well and will miss action when the soldiers take on KCB on Saturday.
Fred Shimonyo of Western Stima will also not be eligible for his club. He is on five yellow cards and so ruled out of the game against Bandari FC on Saturday.
Nairobi City Stars will not be able to pick on Joseph Sakwa who is on a red card after being sent off in the last game, against KCB.
