Kenyan Premier League (KPL) giants AFC Leopards returned to winning ways in resounding fashion, with a smashing 4 – 0 beating of Thika United in the clash staged at the Moi Stadium, Kisumu on Saturday 9 July.

In Mombasa, Ushuru FC held home side Bandari to a 1 – 1 draw, Lamine Diallo scoring the opener before David Kingatua replied to ensure a share of the spoils.
Sofapaka once again failed to get their footing, losing 1 – 2 to Chemelil Sugar in Awassi, with new signing Laban Gambareko and former Sofapaka midfielder Hillary Echesa netting before Isaac Okwil reduced the deficit for Sofapaka.
