Jurgen Klopp has demanded that Liverpool sign Toni Kroos from Spain, according to reports.
The German international is not having the best of times at Real Madrid under Rafa Benitez and a move to join Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool may appeal to the former Bayern Munich star.
The Germany international is regarded as one of the finest ball playing midfielders in the world, and despite being a regular under Carlo Ancelotti, he has grown frustrated at not being able to force his way into Rafa Benitez’s side on a consistent basis.
Kroos could look to push through a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu in the near future, and Liverpool are said to be one of the clubs ready to pounce for his signature.
Klopp will already know full well what the 25-year-old is capable of, having witnessed him at close quarters during his spell in the Bundesliga.
And furthermore, he has identified Kroos as the ideal man to help smooth the transition at the club, which has been exasperated by the exit of legend Steven Gerrard and the ongoing injury concerns surrounding Jordan Henderson.
