The Kenya national women soccer team, Harambee Starlets, that will be taking on Algeria in the second round of qualifiers for the 2016 African Women Cup of Nations in Cameroon, has been named.
The team is made up of 20 players who will be traveling to Algiers later in the week for the match scheduled for Friday 8 April.
A huge chunk of the girls come from Spedag FC while Neddy Atieno, formerly of Nigerian girls’ premier league side Sunshine Queens is also selected.
The team has been in camp starting late last week and head coach David Ouma will be hoping for good returns in the game.
