The Kenya national team Harambee Stars’ friendly match against Sudan, which was initially scheduled for Friday 27 May has been moved to Tuesday 31 May upon the request of the Sudanese Football Association (SFA)
The match was scheduled to be played at the Moi International Sports Center (MISC) Kasarani but the SFA, as communicated by the Football Kenya Federation (FKF), requested that the match be pushed owing to difficulties in travel logistics.
The Sudanese national team, accompanied by their U20 tam will touch down in Nairobi on Friday 27 May early in the morning for the friendly matches that will also see the U20 team play their Kenyan counterparts.
“It is true the Sudan F.A has requested that the match be moved to Tuesday, May 31 2016 as the earliest they can arrive in Nairobi is tomorrow,” said FKF CEO Robert Muthomi.
The Kenya national team is already in camp and will now shift attention to the Sunday 29 May friendly match against Tanzania at Kasarani.
