South Africa’s young talent Keagan Dolly didn’t want to be drawn on opposition for the World Cup qualifiers.
The Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder preferred to focus on Bafana Bafana’s ability to beat anyone.
“Personally, I think any group will do for us. We just have to focus on working hard during the qualifying campaign and make sure we win that group and qualify for the finals,” Dolly told Goal.com
“There’s a lot of talent in our country and I think the current cream of footballers can help the national team qualify for the World Cup.
South Africa are more hopeful than before, after beating Gambia 4-0 in their previous Afcon qualifier, despite not progressing for Gabon.
“Looking at the squad that traveled to Gambia, we had great squad. A good mix of experience and youthful which gelled well and the team did well too,” he added.
South Africa’s placed in Group D with Senegal, Cape Verde and Burkina Faso.
