KCB FC, relegated from the Kenyan Premier League (KPL) in the 2015 season, has embarked on a journey to return to the top flight at the first time of asking and is seeking to recruit a new coach.
The club sacked coach Rishadi Shedu after a disastrous season and has made the call for able coaches, with seven years’ experience coaching in the top flight or the second tier and with CAF A or UEFA A licenses to apply.
Those willing to take up the vacant role are asked to send in their credentials and applications by Thursday 10 December from where the most suitable candidates will be called in for interviews. Applications can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Other qualities being sought for are:
-Develop and implement a strategic plan that will ensure consistent top performance from the KCB team in the KPL
– Assemble and retain a winning team of players and technical bench
– Negotiate and close player contracts to deliver a high performing team
– Evaluate, report performance and give recommendations to the KCB management team.
