Nigeria Professional Football League giants Kano Pillars have mourned the untimely death of their former midfielder Abdul Haruna who passed-on on Sunday in Kano.
The club in its reaction to the demise of the former Super Sand Eagles wrote on it official twitter handle;
“We mourn the passing away of Abdul Haruna. May his soul rest in perfect peace. Amen.” Pillars tweeted.

Haruna, a former player of Heartland, would be buried on Monday morning according to Islamic rites. He left behind Surayya, his wife whom he married in 2012. The union is blessed with a baby boy.
