Torino midfielder Joel Obi has been ruled out of his side’s home clash against AC Milan at the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday.
The 24 year old according to the club’s official website damaged his rectus femoris muscle in training and is unlikely to feature for the Bull this month.
Obi is reportedly undergo some tests in order to accurately determine recovery time a report on Torino’s official website has revealed.
“The instrumental tests made Joel Obi showed a lesion I / II degree at the rectus femoris. The midfielder will play a week from new tests in order to accurately determine recovery time,” the reports states.
Joel obi has played two Serie A games since joining from Inter Milan this summer is also serving his last match ban following his red card against Parlemo a fortnight ago.
He’s compatriot, Nnamdi Oduamadi who has returned to his parent club may not feature in the encounter
