Watford striker Odion Ighalo has made good his promise to join the Super Eagles camp on Monday as he touched down in Lagos today and his already headed for Abuja to link up with the rest of the invited players for the crunch duels with the Pharaohs of Egypt.
Ighalo was pictured alongside former Super Eagles goalkeeper Peter Rufai as he headed to connect a flight to the Federal Capital territory.
The Watford striker with 14 League goals is expected to the lead the Eagles’ attack as they hope to overtake Egypt in Group G of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Updates from FCNaija.com had confirmed the arrival of Alex Iwobi; Aminu Umar, Shehu Abdullahi and John Obi Mikel, in the Abuja camp of the Eagles.
Also the duo of Aaron Samuel and Efe Ambrose have also touched down in Nigeria from China and Scotland respectively.
As stated by team officials, the Eagles will leave Abuja for Kaduna on Tuesday after the morning training session, at the Abuja National Stadium, which will be open to the media
