The second Gotv Shield semi final clash pitting Gor Mahia against Nakumatt FC has been handed a date by the Football Kenya Federation after being put off to give the Kenya national team Harambee Stars time to participate in the 2015 CECAFA Senior Challenge.
The match has been scheduled for Wednesday 9 December though a venue has not yet been communicated for the game.
A statement from Gor Mahia confirmed the new date for the game.
Gor Mahia will have most of their players back following the team’s elimination from the CECAFA Senior Challenge on Tuesday 1 December.
The winner in the match will take on Bandari FC who beat Muhoroni Youth earlier on in the first semi final.
The winner in the tournament gets the chance to represent Kenya in the CAF Confederations Cup in 2016.
Meanwhile, Gor Mahia will be facing FKF-PL side Zoo Kericho in a friendly match on Saturday at the City Stadium.
