Kenyan internationals Michael Olunga and David Cheche Ochieng will know their fate at Swedish side Djurardens IF in the course of next week.
The two have been in trials with the team for over a week now and with the team set to pitch camp in Turkey, the coach Pelle Olsson confirmed their situations will be reviewed net week before the team leaves for Turkey.
He said whether or not they will get deals at the club will depend on the financial situation.
“It depends a little on what economic conditions we have, but when these things are clear then we can decide. Yes, I think we will know before traveling, but nothing is a hundred percent in this industry, I cannot promise any date when we decide,” says Olsson.
The two players featured in Djugardens IF’s Saturday friendly math against Gefle with Ochieng playing the entire 90 minutes as Olunga was introduced on the 71st minute in place of Tino Kade Were as the teams drew 0 – 0.
