Tottenham Hotspurs midfielder Danny Rose has agreed to a new deal at the club, which will see him stay in North London until 2021, the club has announced on its official website.
The 26-year-old joined the club in 2007 from Leeds United but his contract was due to expire in 2019 before he opted on renewing.
He spent a few loan spells outside the club since joining but he is now fully established himself in the team and he has made 126 appearances and scored nine goals to date. He was also named in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year for 2015-16.
His fine form has seen him break into the senior England squad with eight caps to his name following his debut earlier this year.
“Everyone knows the club is going in the right direction. I’m over the moon that I’ll stay here until I’m an old man!” he said.
