Belgium international Eden Hazard will not be part of Chelsea’s clash against Everton at Stamford Bridge, interim manager Guus Hiddink has revealed.
The former Lille star has missed the Premier League champion’s last two matches with a groin strain.
The Dutchman did add that last season’s Player of the Year could return against fellow Londoners Arsenal next week Sunday.
“The only one not available yet is Eden Hazard, although he is on the pitch working,” Hiddink told reporters.
“I hope that in the upcoming week he will have full training sessions, and then we will decide if he can join us for Arsenal next weekend.”
Chelsea drew their last premier league match 2-2 at home against West Brom.
